Reality On The Road provides improv based, energetic, interactive workshops and motivational speeches for corporate environments, schools, camps, conferences and the community.  Jacquie Hermans, uses improv as a tool to create a comfortable, inspiring and healing learning environment.  All workshops and presentations are catered to the goals of your conference/event/program/training.

We take pride in providing unique improv based, interactive workshops that are personally catered to meet the needs of your environment and goals.

Reality On The Road commenced its journey in October of 2004.  The focus began with providing inspiring, self-esteem and character building workshops for teens and shortly after grew to include corporate training, community workshops and conferences.

Reality On The Road is an 'Associate' of the Character Community Foundation of York Region.  As an 'Associate', Jacquie Hermans provides 'Character Building' workshops/presentations for the corporate community, schools, camps and character conferences or events.

About The Founder...

Jacquie Hermans was the Host and Producer for RANT with Rogers Television for four successful seasons.  The show was created to provide teens an opportunity to speak their minds about issues that affect them. 

Along with her television career, Jacquie loves Improv and has trained extensively with Second City.  Other related experience includes:  a background in Recreation (programs, aquatics, camps, and experiential learning), teen development, and corporate training.

Jacquie has personally experienced the healing benefits of improv and is now driven to help others to experience the life changing benefits.  She creates unique workshops that incorporate the training goals of the organization and uses the practical application of improv to conquer the individual obstacles we face.
