Light'n UP (10 week)

Light’n UP is an interactive, laughter-filled class that will unleash your creativity for achieving success, health and happiness. Jacquie Hermans, Speaker, Trainer, Laughter Coach, T.V. Host/Producer and Creator of the Light’n UP Laughter Club uses improv as a tool to release your inhibitions, enhance your ability and confidence to think on your feet, and to experience the amazing benefits of humour. Light'n UP (Level 2)
(Improv experience required – Level 1 is recommended)

Light’n Up Level 2 will take your improv skills and kick’em up a notch. You’ll create new characters, learn to sing and rap on the fly, and will enhance your miming skills for setting the scene. This course is a combination of in-class and on-stage performance taking place on two Fridays a month. For the next 12 months you’ll be on the guest list of the Light’n Up Laughter Club (value $240) to practise your skills in the spotlight. Level 2 graduates are eligible to audition for the Light’n Up Laughter Club Touring Company.

This is a twice a month course taking place over 12 months. 10 in-class sessions and 12 performance dates. (A minimum attendance to 5 Laughter Club dates is required)

Healing 'n Humour

An intensive personal growth workshop that is just as fun as the Light'n Up 10 weeker and then some! This one is 15weeks and will include the laughter filled improv plus art therapy, creative writing, and music therapy. A ton of fun…a ton of therapy.

Humour for Success

A fun, interactive two day workshop that will provide you with essential tools to be successful in your career. Communication, emotions and the power of energy are the key. Experience how humour brings all three elements together. You'll be energized and ready to conquer any obstacle with enhanced confidence and a positive outlook.

Play is an effective tool to bring clarity and focus. 'Humour for Success' will provide a wonderful training ground for using PLAY/HUMOUR to achieve. Ideas and inspiration come when we can clear our minds.

Presenters Intensive PART 1
(Friday Night, Saturday, Sunday)

Warning: Highly interactive and Hilarious!

You will participate in improv and experiential learning activities that will whip your speeches into shape. You'll learn how to speak on your feet, use humour to entertain, and will develop the tools to harness the energy of your audience to create the experience you want them to have.

Humour for Raising a Healthy Family

This interactive and inspiring workshop will provide you with tools to better handle those challenging child rearing situations. It is recommended for all caregivers in the household to attend.

Humour For Healthy Relationships

Life is about 'Relationships'…relationships with your spouse, your friends, family members, co-workers. Learn how to create successful relationships in all areas of your life. Communication and Perspective are the key. This will be a great evening to take with a spouse, friend or an evening of fun for yourself. You deserve to be happy and this workshop will provide you with the tools. If there is anyone in your life that annoys you, angers you, or maybe you just want to strength the wonderful relationships you already have - this is the perfect course. You'll have a blast and energize your relationships.
