"I would like to thank you for inviting
me to join in on your seminar this week. Well I must say I
really enjoyed the whole session. At first yes it is a little
intimidating thinking you are going to make a fool of yourself in
front of your peers. I quickly realized the benefit of such
an exercise. The more we got into it the more comfortable
we all felt.
All it takes is one to take the lead and you did such a good job
of that. When the laughter starts that is when you start
to let down your guard. I could see how in a work environment
this could really build a "team".
You need to be a little vulnerable to open yourself and others
up. You need to take a chance to build trust. Emotionally
it can only help build your confidence in yourself and others.
Laughter also is a great way to release stress and energize ourselves.
Most people don't think they are creative nor have it in them to
be creative. All you need is to let go and let the creativity
flow. Confidence is what we all need. Prove it to yourself
that you can think on your feet. It may take a bit of practicing,
but let go, try and you will be amazed at what you are capable
of."

"Our
Drama teacher was most impressed with the presentation - Jacquie
was professional, appealed to students in a familial way, and presented
material directly related to Character Education. She was
engaging. All-in-all, we enjoyed her work and would have her
back again."

Jacquie's "Reality on the Road" workshop
was an excellent contribution to my course! The first half
of the workshop, students (and teacher!) had fun through "improv"
… the second half was an opportunity to reframe and discuss issues
that students are struggling with (peer pressure, parents/divorce,
addiction, depression, the future, careers, money). At this
point in the term, we have become a close classroom community, and
Jacquie's workshop was most effective in reinforcing the sense of
trust and openness in our classroom community.

An
Anonymous participant of the Healing 'n Humour Workshop provides
the following feedback:
"I feel that it expanded
my "horizons" I know it changed how I respond to some
situations. I feel more confident and relaxed. Probably
sounds silly after 8-weeks but it is true. It was nice to
start with a group who were all novices and learn and grow together.
I would like there to be a second level."
"It
was an amazing time. We would have her back anytime.
A great display of teambuilding, and creative methods to develop
your employees skills."

and Culture Department
"Our staff very much
enjoyed having you at our summer staff training. You have
a great energy level that helped motivate both new and returning
staff. Staff continue to play the games that Jacquie taught
throughout the whole summer. We would love to have you back.
Thanks again.
